I received my my SX Pro today, got it all set up and going! I wanted to say thank you for making such a high quality product and for all the support I found here, I did not encounter any issue that was not solved by using the search.

Just a big thank you on behalf of us end users and also I'm sorry for you guys having to deal with the few that make it a bad experience for you.
