Yes, you have the equipment to read the drive.
But writing the drives will depend on which chip is inside which lite-on.
If it's MXIC then you will need the sputnik probe or Sputnik chip
If it's winbond, then you need to drill into the chip itself.
As for HItachi's, they cannot be done at the mo full stop
I have been reading as well on how to mod slim drives and I been researching as well.
if it's a MXIC , do I just need one hardware of this hardware,
http://www.modchip.ca/store/product.php?productid=16770&cat=284&page=1
= SPUTNIK360 - UNLOCK PROBE
to be able to mod a huge number of slims that are all MXIC ? or do I need one of the above mentioned hardware for each separate slim drive?
Also there is this hardware =

The SPUTNIK360 unlock switch which I believe is a permanent mod to a slim drive and it will stay on it, basically only able to mod one drive with one of the unlock switch.
and if its a winbond drive; I will need
http://www.modchip.ca/store/product.php?productid=16767&cat=284&page=1
an unlocked DG-16D4S board that will replace the drive's hardware.
or I can do the pro mod by soldering and replacing the chip.
I believe that the soldier & replace chip (or board) is for winbond drives only?
All help will be appreciated, thanks
