why does the corona qsb have the nand-x plugs if the corona uses the r/w kit to read/write nand????

The sockets on that QSB are for reading/writing to a 16MB Corona using a NAND-X/JRP.
You can still install it and use the 3.3V/5V/E/F pads on it.
