Hello, I am having lot's of trouble and have been reading around for solutions, but none yet have worked. I followed the guide as best as I could and none of the things I have tried have worked.
*I purchased this switch at the midnight release, so that shouldn't be the issue.
*I am currently on 3.0.0 and formatted my 256 GB Sandisk SDXC from exFAT to FAT32 so I didn't have to update.
*The boot.dat file is on the root of my SD card as is the Nintendo folder.
*My dongle does turn green when charging and when my switch is powered on.
*Whenever I try to enter RCM, nothing happens, it just stays at a black screen (I have the jig inserted and pushed all the way in and I have the dongle inserted, I also am holding down Volume Up and pushing power).
What could the problem be? Should I just update to 6.1.0? I don't care if I'm banned as long as I can update the games I want to play and add the DLC. The only thing that I would want to do that might be an issue if I'm banned is transfer Pokemon from Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee to Pokemon Go, which I wouldn't be thrilled about, but I could live with it if it would fix my issue.
