He is buying a tx product and there is nothing wrong making your own db25 cable. People are very touchy around here.

You will be better off though by picking up a NAND-x that will read/write your NAND and cool runner . Then use jrunner.

its gonna take at least nine hrs +/- to get the full dump of a big block Jasper, remember you need at least 2 (good) dumps, just use NandPro to read ,check out the P.M link that I sent you for the commands, after you've got your dumps just use jrunner to make your ecc'd image ,don't write it yet!!!!! follow this link to programme your timing files for your coolrunner http://www.team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74462 .Hope this helps

double check that your LPT cable is good, had a few that would throw errors but went away after rebooting computer and restarting the nand dump also make sure that your connections to actual nand reading points are good.Keep your LPT cable as short as possible.

i have checked all solder points and they are solid no pic tho as they are covered by heat shrink.

ltp cable is 8" long total length

rebootted pc numerous times it makes no difference.

also do you think it is possible to solder cr qsb's and nandx qsb's and solder the ltp to that

TBH I've had more problems with the QSB's than with just soldering straight to the MOBO,it would work as the points would just act as a relay.Do you have another pc you could possibly use to dump the nand? Also do you have a switching diode on your LPT flasher on end of pin 11?

As said above, no Xecuter hardware = no support.

Oh, and for your information, Error 250 in NandPro is fine, just be sure that at least two of your dumps match.

If there are bad blocks in the XeLL region after dumping the NAND, you can use J-Runner which will automatically re-map them before building an ECC image.
