My god these things are so tiny, never realized they were this small from the pictures lol. Its like half the size of my finger! anyways i have a soldering question my Tip size for my 20 Watt Mastercraft Soldering station is a bit bigger than the recommended 0.8mm and replacement tips only come in 1 size for my Iron (dumb right? I know.)

So would sanding down the iron tip to make it a bit smaller be bad for the Iron? i just want to know because i can solder the RGH points on a practice board, but i want to be a little safe just in case. Or should i just get a better Iron? (would have to be from Homedepot or Canadian Tire, or stores similar to that.) Thanks everyone.
