Hello all,

I just picked up the new DGX 1.1s and am going to try it in a pesky Corona V2 4gb that has been giving me alot of heartache.

Is there a new installation guide going to be put up? I notied the revised PCB , capacitors in the box etc. If not, has anything changed (set up wise) with this revision that I need to know about before proceeding?

I will post results of the new version compared to the 1.0s :)

Many thanks.

You know what would have been better than buying more hardware?

Actually starting your own topic with pictures, logs and history. No-one can help you if you don't let us know what the deal is.

Interesting.

I notice that there is no JTAG header on the v1.1s which obviously means we won't ever have to update the DGX :).

Looks like there are 6 solder points so maybe still can be updated?
I think those are for when they program it at the factory

Well as you can see by the pictures from others, the DGX 1.1S is REAL, so thanks to the other person on this site that edited one of my other posts and said I was talking BS when now, hopefully, he or she realises now that they do not know anything :p

I didn't get a chance to take photos last night, but the chip itself worked well. There were also a couple of jumpers in line with some resistors I assume for post out and cpu rst wires to reduce the need for rediculous lenghts of cable. But I can't say for sure until the guides come out for this model.

I used it for a corona v2 4GB and without too much playing around and ended up with it glitching to get the CPU key in the range of about 3-7 cycles consistently. I tried the ipex cable and 10cm blue cpu rst wires with very similar results, maybe it will help more with the Trinity. The Yellow post out cable that came with it was about 50cm and was the thicker gauge than usual, however I didn't need to use it for this particular box.

Anyway I am looking forward to trying these on other consoles that have been difficult to see how much of a difference the update will actually make.
