Just recieved sxos pro, I'm on 6.1, is there any way for me to launch xci files?

So I saw that the sxos installer only works on 5.x and lower. Is there anything I can do besides waiting for an update. All I have done so far is backed up my nand using hekate and tegrarcmgui, I haven't even installed sxos yet.

SX OS works up to the currently latest firmware 6.2.

You can use SXOS without of any problems on 6.1 and launch XCI files.

I don't know where you read that it only works up to 5.x ...

If that's not the proper way to launch an xci then what is?

Also unlrelated question, are you supposed to ever update the dongle firmware?
