Just some Questions on sending textbook my 360 to get modded ?

I was wondering if anyone ever sent there xbox to textbook to get modded to play burt games? Just was wondering how long it takes and can i still play on XBL with the burnt games or what?
So if anyone one can send me some feedback about this topic asap so i can send my 360 to textbook THANKS GUYS!!!!

As far as going onto XBL. Modding your xbox 360 while perfectly legal since its yours and you own it, is however a violation of the XBL Terms of Agreement, resulting in the termination of your subscription without refund.

So thats the legal summary, realistically however, it is unlikely you will be banned right now. Using stealth methods will certainly improve your odds of not getting caught but right now microsoft does not seem to be taking much action against modders, atleast so far.

Heres my advice...

If you want to mod your Xbox 360 EXPECT TO GET BANNED FROM XBL WITHOUT A REFUND.

That way if you mod it and never get banned... GREAT!

If you mod it and get banned... well its what you expected ( go buy another core system...)

Well, I'm not very happy with him at the moment, as he won't respond to any emails/PMs I send him. All I want is to know whether my Xbox 360 has been shipped back to me, just a quick, "Yes, it has shipped" would be great. He received it on the 4th of Jan and I haven't heard a word from him since he received my payment. He chooses to ignore all communications.

I sent him my original xbox and he was very helpful and fixed my box very quickly, you got nothin to worry about Duey5193, I would imagine turnaround time for modding 360's would be minimum, maybe a day or two at most.

Just relax, he hasnt run off with it I am sure. You'd be surprised with how many pm's emails we recieve from this site. It is probably mixed in and he will respond. You can always go on the 'chatroom' (irc, efnet server, #360mods.net) and catch him there as well.

If you don't hear from me for a few days, don't worry. Most of the time I'll already have your stuff flashed and either ready to ship or shipped out by the time I get back to you. I get busy, get tons of emails, and yes .. I have a full time job too. I don't always get a chance to catch up on things. Most of the time I have to spend a couple nights a week without sleeping at all, just so I can catch up on emails, pm's , and the forums. That's why my contacts aren't very consistent. I'll sit down and answer 100 emails and post in a dozen threads all in one night and then seem to disappear for a couple days. I'm still here, just don't have the time to always be on the computer.
