I recently order a coolrunner and nand x with the coolrunner to nand x cable. I didn't order the qsb for the pha because i though the nand x has them both. Then i found out that it doesn't. So i guess i'm suppose the wire to read the nandx. and then desolder them and do then do the cr wires.

1) What programs will i need and Files?
2)will i have to read the nand again if i read it once?
3)which one is better wire or qsb?( i have experience with soldering)

You don't have to unsolder nandx to wire in cr. They use different points.

1- use Jrunner all programs/files together.
2 - Get multiple reads of original before you continue - Once completly done no you can then read and write using flash360

3 - If you know what you are doing then wires are just fine - QSBs are just for simplicity

Is okay if I use j runner instead of flash 360 o and another thing is it possible to use a seagate hdd to expand the hard drive space when rgh

Im a noob and i think the wired is way better. if you do the wired buy some needles and soilder them on to the tips and put some heat shrink or some ele tape on them works out great. Use the nand x to pin head to make it just cut off the pin headers then soilder on the needles

Phat qsbs that come with the NAND x will work for rgh. You will just need to solder directly to the clk point.

Tbh I am a fan of all three methods I have pinheaders and qsb on all my personal boxes and do wires unless the customer wants qsbs. Qsbs are handy and easy some people think they are hard. I don't get it. Wires are easy as well.

Wanted to add the qsbs that come with the NAND x have pads for 3.3v and ground.

Flash360 is out-dated and should not be used. RawFlash_v4 is what you should use when writing to the console after the .ecc (xell-reloaded) has been written via j-runner. There are plenty of FULL tutorials around that many have followed successfully. I would read over those and when you get your parts if you get stuck come here and we will be glad to assist. Here is a tutorial I recommend: http://www.team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76193

Things you will need

1. You will need:

.Net framework 4
NandX drivers
J Runner

2. You will want to use J Runner to read your nand. When you do this you will want to read it at least twice to make sure that the dumps match.

3. Your choice. If you are not great at soldering the wire install will probably be easier. Since you have experience the qsb's will give you a nice clean look.

As far as the hard drive goes you can easily add a larger hard drive. A usb hard drive is the easiest to add. You just need to format it to FAT32
