Just did kamikaze on 0401 winbond i think i went to deep so tried repostioning knife bam heard the beep status unlocked wrote. The firmware. Drive is recognized in jf but wont eject with ck3 also i can see the red light blinking as if its trying to eject. so tried using console still no luck cant test out any games because it wont open. What are my options? How to eject manually ?

So i cut off the black wire on the board n solder the resistor? Or do i solder one point of the resistor to the black wire the other to the board kind of confused?

I have never had to do one, as i am very careful.
But i believe you need to remove the wire and connect the resistor between the wire and the point.
I believe the resistor controls the opening speed of the drive. If you just connect the first long wire and it does eject, it will eject at very high speed.

im pretty sure your gonna have to buy a tx replacement pcb as the pout fix slows down drives that r ejecting to fast so if yours isnt ejecting at all but i guess i could be wrong dosent hurt to try as ur screwed now nyway
