LITEON 0225 Kamikaze Windbond tracing help

I'm doing to the kamikaze hack and I've taken an image of the winbond chip and im trying to count the pins and trace lines on the image so I can find out where to drill, but when I do the diagonal line doesn't match up with the vertical and horizontal lines, it's off center and doesn't intersect with the other two lines. Does this matter? to me the first 2 lines tell me where I need to drill, but I'd rather find out for sure than be sorry.

Just drill in the centre of the markings, do it carefull and there should be no issues.

I always mark only the vertical and the horizontal line.Never had a fail.

The diagonal line does not mean anything just the two horizontal ones

I would just buy the template it makes things simple and easy.

It is good but I have had it fail on me once. I then checked under a microscope and the position was different to the position counting the legs. I now personally check the position with a microscope and mark with a pencil and then mark the drill position through the template to check they match before drilling anything. Last few I have just gone via the markings without the template and all has been perfect.
