Key verification failed. DG16D2S

Equipment:
  • X360USB Pro
  • CK3i
  • CK3 Probe

Trying to flash DG16D2S F/W 0251. The exact process I'm doing is:

Connect up drive
Load up JF
Select DVDKey32 Tab
Ensure drive is recognized
Click Phat Key
Click Yes
Flick switch on CK3i to OFF
Probe MXP01
Flick switch on CK3i to ON
Popup comes up saying Extract Complete...
I remove the probe
Flick switch on CK3i to OFF
Wait 5 secs, switch back to ON
Popup saying Phatkey failed.

Also tried using the additional functions buttons to turn ck3i off and on but same result.

Ah thank you so much I thought this was the newest version and was getting really annoyed. I'll order one right now once again thank you :)

Yeah just had a look at the site where i ordered mine from, it was supposed to come with a conversion cable but it didn't, just called the supplier and theyre looking into it.

Its not to hard to homebrew one. But hopefully they should just sent one out to you. And be back up and going in no time.

Also I would just like to also add, by far that is the best question asked on the NOOB forums, in terms of clarity to understand and get an idea of the problem your having! Thats how everyone should ask questions!
