Hi,

At trying to soldier Coolrunner 2 I lost resistor bevore HANA chip. Okay, so I fixed it with a throught hole resistor.

I started the xbox and it runs perfectly. But the starting time was not good enought for me. So i tried to move the cables, and there was my mistake: I made a bridge between the HANA-Chip and the left side of the inductivity L2B1 near video-connector

The fan turns at 100 percent and after shutdown my board don't wants so start... I already checked the standby voltages at J2C3... They're seems all fine.
Theres no heat @ Sourcebridge and Hana-Chip...

I know that the high current from inductivity killed one (or more) IC's. But which?

Have somebody of you ever tried to swap a HANA-Chip. Is it possible to do it with a hotair rework station?

Now I'm hoping someone of you can help me to fix the problem!

The word of the wise that have stood the test of time: "If its not broke, don't fix it."

If your xbox had slow glitch times, you should have left it how it was. The tutorials exist for a reason. I'm sure not helping to answer your question, but not following proper techiniques can do permanent damage. You need to post pictures in order to receive proper help. Clear and up close pics.
