Kinect Games Not Working in FSD

Hi,
Got my slim glitched by Martin C and everything was fine until I messed around with the hard drive recently and had to reformat. I put in XEXMenu, Dashlaunch and the latest Freestyle Dash, I also put in the 13604 update to get Kinect and avatars back.
Everything seemed to be working fine until I tried a Kinect game, it starts to boot and I get the various Kinect screens then it goes black for a second and I get a dirty disc error and its back to the NXE dash.
I can run Xbox Arcade titles that use Kinect no problem, I can also launch the Kinect games from XEXMenu and they run ok but not from Freestyle Dash.
Any help would be welcome.

Hi Martin,
Tried a few, Motion Explosion, Kinect Sports and a few others I tried, never tried them all but those all give a dirty disc error. But all seem to launch via Xexmenu.

How did you install FSD and what version do you have?

I'm running the latest FSD on a 512 jasper Rgh and all kinect games run perfectly except "The Michael Jackson experience", but as it's my kids using kinect I'm pretty happy about that

Hi,
It's FSD 2.2 and to be honest I don't really remember how I installed it, was in a bit of a panic, I think I FTP'd it to the root of HDD1 and ran the xex. Then used dash launch to get it to run on boot. The launch.ini is in the dash launch installer folder, I seem to remember it being in the root of HDD1 before, also there is no multi.ini either.

Does it fix your problem? I got a similar issue on my 2 consoles (zephyr and jasper). Kinect Arcade games (Fruit Ninja) works well, but Kinect games (Just Dance 3, ...) doesn't works. Game loads, but Kinect sensor doesn't respond.

Note that playing Kinect games from original or backup DVD works without issues.

Did you ever get Michael Jackson Experience working? i'm having the same problem...Fatal Crash Intercepted

No tbh m8, I gave up trying, did you try from disk?.... ive sold my kinect and games now. The novelty soon wears off for the kids lol
