Ok guys, I been reading up on this thread. Tutorial was awesome by the way, worked like a charm. Now the KProbe stuff is a little confusing, it does seems my back up went perfectly fine.
Though if I would appreciate if anyone could confirm and let me know if everything looks A-OK how should be.

Here is my log and graph:

Date : 11/5/2011 11:29:06 PM
Model : 5-1-0-0 D:ATAPI iHAS124 B AL0S
Disc : DVD+R DL , MKM003 [Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation]
Speed : Max
ECC blocks sum (PI/PIF) : 8/1
Scanned range : 0 - 4267007
Sampling count : 249346
Errors : 0
PI Max : 21
PI Average : 0.81
PI Total : 25436
PIF Max : 3
PIF Average : 0.20

Ubergeek says that :
- PI must be under 100 with an average of 5 max,
- PIF must be under 4 with an average of 0,20 mas.

With this, yes your backup is a good one... :)
