Hi there,

my first post here on this elite forum. Feels good to be around.

I made 3 burns with my flashed iHAS624 drive.
First i ran my backup through abgx and made sure topology data was inserted and the game was verified successfully.

My preferred choice of media is MKM-003-00 (Verbatim)
The burner runs in SPTI mode. Chipset: Nvidia nForce Serial ATA-Controller.

I'll list all 3 burns for discussion:

1.

Settings imgBurn
- OPC on
- Burn Proof on
- Buffer: 80 MB
- Speed: 4x

EEPROM Settings
- HT on
- OHT on
- Overspeed on
- SmartBurn on

I read a lot on this forum. So i made some proper adjustments after my first copy. Imho copy 2+3 are a lot better than the first 1.

So what you think? Are all 3 copies usable?
Is there further room for improvement?

Hoping for some advice.
Thanks in advance.

Greetings

All 3 are fine, 2 and 3 are more proper. Verbatims are the only supported media for XGD3, Why did you post this though?
You say you've read alot, Have you read Uber's stickey?

If it's within those guidelines then it's fine.

2 and 3 are good

the first one has pif avg of 0.29 which is outside the benchmarks as given to you above.

you can still use it if you like, but it may give more civ errors.
