GENERAL Latest J-Runner Requires fcrt.bin

With the latest J-Runner when I go to create a clean NAND I keep getting fcrt.bin missing error, however the clean NAND I am creating does not require fcrt.bin

If I use any J-Runner prior to latest version (like 270) I do not have this issue nor have had this issue in the past.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Yeah there is a bug when providing decrypted kv, with encrypted for now you shouldnt have any problems.
