LCD settings for X3 bios

I flashed the X3_3294, but I accidently set the LCD settings to enabled, now the video output is flashing too fast for me to go in and diseable the LCD settings

Hold A+B+X+Y during boot up until it reboots again to restore bios defaults.
It also disables the XLCD setting.
