License not valid in consolo switch

hello, I've been trying to contact Team Xecuter for several days without getting an answer, buy a sx pro license, I have done all the steps that they send me in the tutorial and I get a license not valid in this console, what should I do? It is a switch console.

This could be caused by a few things.

Are you using a Pro dongle?

I'm using a clip to put the console in RCM mode, upload the file to the team xecuter page and put the key number of SX PRO.


When I put the License.data in the console it gives me this key is invalid for this switch, it is bought in the XECUTER distribution service, but it does not work for me.
