Lifted ground nand pad, Console not turning on

The ground nand pad is lifted on my Trinity 16MB. It has a solider point right in the middle with alittle solider, but for the whole pad its gone. You can see the brown area where the pad should be. Im wondering if there is a fix for this? The same pad under the motherboard is untouched and is still in contact.

When i try and read nand it gives me the 00000 error like the consoles not getting power.

Just stop, Im looking for a fix for "lifted nand pads", i cannot seem to find one. Im sure someone has made a whole page on it and i cannot find it.

If it is indeed the gnd point on the nand a wire soldered to that point to any gnd point will work.
