Hello. I got xbox 360 slim with missing stby_clk resistor. Tried to solder resistor to alternative pads but still no success. Any ideas whats wrong?

You have to repair the broken pad before anything.
To clarify, you must jumper the missing resistor (and replace with a new) on the top of the board.
