i installed my x3 chip and now when i turn it on the power lights just flash red and green like 3 times then they just stay on. meanwhile i have no video and no booting and the light on the xecuter 3 is red and theres a blue light on in the corner... any sugestions??

Ok your having a red led indicator cause of a bad D0 connection. just double check your D0 connection and make sure it is making a good clean contact to its point
ok i unsoldered and resoldered all my points.same problim.. im going to try again. i dont know how much more of this the mobo can take. i unhooked the mod and the x box still works so im gonna try again.
ok tried again same problim.. what solder other solder points could cause a red light? i read that the x box will still boot in reg mod if theres no do signal is this true?? because i have nothing other than flashing

You can send it to me and I will take a look at it for you for free but no promises. You would also have to pay the S&H both ways. You may have pulled up the D0 trace or broke it. Get a magnifer and look if you have broken the trace just follow my tutorial on how to repair a broken trace.
ok i will try it one more time then its up to someone else.lol. it works without the lad wires installed so i assume the trace on the do is ok. its when i get all the lad soldered points done and try to turn it on it doesnt work and its unresponsive.so right now the chip is in and hook up just not working because of the lad problim. my x box is brand new so i assume its a xbox 1.6b??? is there any different methods for the brand new x boxes??i think i might try 1 wire lad at a time to see which one is messin it up and keeping it from booting at all.
Update. i just reinstalled using a lpc rebuild board. im sure its in right this time it couldnt be anymore elementary. so my new conclusion is that its a 1.6 bios and i have a 1.6b board. logical ??

I flashed my lite on drive with LT 1.1 and put the orginal halo reach disc in and it comes ip as a game but when I try to play it I get the disc unreadable error. Is there something I'm not doing right?? It plays all my other backups but won't play an original.

is halo reach the only original its not reading? if it is then you may have got a bad copy for the store that happens some time just go exchange it. but if no originals are reading then you probly have a drive or system problem. I would se if other originals work first before you go all crazy.
