Lines travelling Across Screen ?

I have a 1.6 Xbox with Xecuter 3CE fitted and am well pleased with everything that the Xbox/chip/bios can now do.

I have one annoyance though, there are lines (which looks like interference) shimmering across the screen slowly, vertical but lent over to the right moving from left to right.

I have moved the box to another room and TV and its still there. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this might be? I am thinking of buying the S-Video adapter to see if that helps as I am using the standard composite output at the moment.

Unfortunately, as I chipped the box before using it properly (too eager, I know!) I dont know if this was there before the chipping.

My Xbox has the same issues. I have a newer one manufactured in oct of 2003 that never did it, then I bought an older one using the same cords as the new one used and it displays the wavy lines. I guess noone here cares about the problem or they would have helped you already.

I don't know if this will work but it doesn't hurt to try here's what I did on my V1.6 box
go to the X3 config live menu and allow it to run(power on hold white button)
once ther Configyre X3 bios>allow X3cl to boot on start up. and power down.
once the xbox shuts down Quickly tap the power with one hand and with your other hand press and hold A+B+Y+X buttons together and hold,let the box boot up intoX3cl keep holding the buttons after a few seconds the Xbox should reboot then you release the buttons and all should be well, Thats how you reset the video settings
