Linx install on to xbox with x3 chip help

I got a pre-installed xbox with the x3 chip from www.kanection.co.uk. So i dont know where i should installed the Linux OS.

i have the latest X3 bios etc and the linux Xebian image file but dont know what to do next. As with this being a pre-installed xbox i dont know if i can istall it on E:FATX partion,

Also once i install the OS i would still like to use it as a standard Xbox with and without the chip on, is this also possible.

firstly, get gentoox, its better. http://gentoox.shallax.com/ Secondly, this is not the support forum for linux, it is for the xecuter 3 modchip. I don't know about xebian, but with gentoox, you extract the files using winRAR then FTP them to your xbox. Yes you can use your xbox as if it had never been modded. As long as the company you bought the xbox from installed the MS dash files on the c drive and locked your HD, you hold down the power button for about 1 second until the xbox turns on. The LED in the switch panel on the outside of your xbox should change from blue to red.
