Lite-On 1175 + Slim RGH

I have my slim all set and ready to go with the tx coolrunner but i have hit one snag my dvd rom is a 1175 I know you do not realy need a dvd once your jtaged but it makes it easier to load games in for me

I would like to have lt2.0 installed but obviously due to the drive version its not

I tryed to flash an older 272 mxic slim board with the keys from this box in the hopes that it would work however JF just gives me an error once i change the drive key and will not verify.

so i figured i could edit the KV of the slim so that the drive type and key form the 272 would match via jtag tool and it will not let me save changes to the KV.

anyone have any ideas?

Dump your NAND and edit the OSIG in 360 Flash Tool (you need your CPU key for this).

I am not 100% sure that this will work but I do know that it works for phat consoles as I have done it myself in the past .

You can't edit kv's anymore on slims since m$ implemented type two kv's. You can always try though.
