Lite-On 1175

So I have a Lite-On 1175 DG-16D5S.

I know c4eva is still working on the firmware. Is there anyway I can help him with this drive? Maybe dumping the OFW or somthing? Thanks!

You could ask in #JungleFlasher or #c4e on EFnet but I think the team have all the information they need from the drive now and are on their way to getting it modified

Well the status "In Progress" has been shown for some time now on c4evaspeaks and c4eva himself has spoken a number of times.

I believe they have already figured a way to get into Vendor mode and the drive has been successfully unlocked so it's just a matter of waiting

The way i saw it a new hardware mod Will be needed to write to the drive. Everything is hush at the mo But this will become clearer soon.

Pretty sure the firmware is done they just need a way to write to the drive.
