GENERAL Lite-on 1532 replaced with LTU PCB

I did a dgx extraction of cpu key. everything went smooth or so I thought I replaced pcb with LTU pcb and retail dvd's are not playing at all on xbox anyone else come across this issue. My personal back-ups are fine and my retail xbox games are fine.

Any One know how to correct dvd issue with LTU board or its just retail dvd's that give an issue.
