Lite -on 74850 dead??

Ok ive been through hell with this drive after flashing it with LT But now seems dead. Before anyone ask yes ive tried every bloody method known to forums and still cant work out what/why etc. I have Key..Dummy etc... looking for someone who maybe able to bring it to life again. Thanks Clive
