you need to click yes..... them push the probe button...probe the mpx01 and then while probe is on it release the button. Should say those steps in the pop up window..

any chance this drive had the trace cut done at some point. I had one last night that kept failing. I flipped the pcb and it had the trace cuts done and the repair was sh*te. Once i cleaned it up and repaired it properly the key came first try.

based on the video your not doing it right, listen to what people are telling you. press phat key then click YES,

then do the probing to MPX01 by first holding power button on probe, then probe MPX01, then release the power button, look at screen for extraction complete then remove probe. press and release power of probe after extrection message pops up and then click yes again on screen. DO it, it works,

it is showing the vendor issue because it is trying to extract key yet your probe is not on when it needs to be

There are no trace cuts. I forgot to mention the drive has been flashed before but i cant get in contact with the guy that flashed it for me, So he has the keys does that have anything to do with the error?

Well you need the via card or the USBpro,I understand that some onboard chipsets may work at times but give trouble just as your having. Now put the via card back into your pc and uninstall the drivers to the via card and give it another try, more than likely it will work the very first time after you remove the drivers from the via card.

There is a nice tut on how to remove the via drivers on this very forum if you need help to remove them correctly.

I think the problem is with my sata port, So i purchased a PCI Card VT6421A. Hopefully it will work with that.
