Hello, not possible to replace pcb I get the screen as if it were the key incorrect tried many versions of firmware,this console and back from assistance 03/04/2012
and any advice welcome, I can also see a video

Just watched the video and makes sense now.

For the benefit of others, you're reading the dummy.bin from the original drive and flashing LT firmware to another board with the data in there but the DVD Key isn't being shown as verified in JF (as well as games not loading with it).

Can you confirm the original PCB is still reading games ok?

Can you post the JF log of your result?

Have you another board to check it on too? How was the MXIC board unlocked? Does it work with any other firmware?

Had a same issue on one xbox, tried to replace a winbond 0225 pcb against MXIC ...

The games started but said put this disc to xbox.. although keys were correct.

Anyways when i flashed it to Winbond it worked.

And i think you have the same issue:
