If it won't eject sounds like a POUT fix is required......:mad2:

Still not 100% it's been flashed with the correct CFW

OP can you post your original JF log from when you read the drive?

EDIT:- I see it says dummy.bin is 0225 so next question is have you tried the 0225u CFW?

Loading firmware file C:\Users\MattyMillz\Desktop\XBOX\Slim\Dummy.bin

oh well okay then lol.. soo why can't i lock the PCB.. and the original ? it was a 0225, i don't know what it was..

I dont have the original fw log file, for some reason it didn't save for me...

All i honestly know is the original was a 0225, and the unlocked was a 0272...

EDIT: its a WinBond/NEX

Yes i have tried the 0225u firmware, not to lock the SPi though, would locking the SPi could fix the eject drive situation?

Don't worry about the new unlocked PCB it can be flashed with any of the CFW for Slim Lite-On drives

TBH it should lock regardless of which CFW you have usedbut obviously will not work in console without the correct CFW

I don't want to say for sure but it sounds like the new PCB is damaged (hence Kamikaze) but I don't know i that would stop the SPi from being locked

Did the person you bought it off say they had tested it before returning it to you (assuming you haven't done it yourself!!!) :rolleyes2:

As i mentioned about 4 times in this thread, i do not have a sodder, i don't know how to sodder and i feel that i am stuck without soddering them... touching the wires to the metal wont do a thing would it ?

How have you tested the new (Kamikaze'd) PCB in the drive if you haven't soldered the wires

Seeing as you have the right tools to flash and the JF log looks good I would say the PCB is FUBAR :mad2:

Your only recourse is to ask for your money back but now that you have flashed it the seller could say it's down to user error :mad2:
