I do Kamikaze and not everything went ok... probably :p
I unlock SPI lock, flashed 1.91, lock down again.
After that tray open and close but when plugged into XB disc motor not spinning...
Only laser try to check two times but without result. Next what I can see is "Open tray"...
There is some fix for that?

But I did it very gently, without rush and I stopped immediatly after 0x3 pops up. Anything looked good until connect to console. I don't think that drilled too deep... I do not know... :frown:

Why did you choose 1.91 instead of 1.92?

Was the drive a 0225 or was it a 0225 Labelled as a 9504?

Because I don't have nothing to lose I tried repair this and I used a nickel coductive pen on hole and motor start spinning on X360Pro connected! But on XB still not worked.
Next I started remove epoxy and I broke off some tiny fuse. Drive is dead now so thanks everyone for trying help me.
Now I need new unlocked PCB for sure... sh*t happens :frown:
