JUNGLE FLASHER Liteon 0401 not being dumped

Hi guys i have flashed 2 other winbonds (0225) with the geremeia hack and has worked perfectly for me, this third one is a 0401. The steps i followed was,

1) Use slim key to get the dummy.bin which is fine.
2) Do intro and power cycle.
3) Click the clear spi registers button as it showed 0x8C
4) Told me that the drive is H/W locked, i press 'yes'.
5) Start drilling with a 100 ohm resistor soldered to the drive like in the tutorial.
6) Get a siren sound saying its unlocked.
7) The SPI status register changes from 0x8C in the Type: to SPI status register 0x03 and the button one changes to 0x00
8) I intro again and it tells me that the drive is unlocked for sure.
9) I press read and after authorizing it asks me to power cycle again which i do.
10) It says
Updating flash for on-line dump.
Sending Sector Erase to Port 0x0000
And after this it shows me the flash properties again and doesnt do anything else.
11) I pressed intro again and it showed SPI status changed to 0x3E.

I placed it back in my 360 and it runs fine, tried pro evolution soccer 2008 on it and works. But I cant seem to get the full dump, I dont want to write LT until i am sure and get a full dump. Please help guys.

To be honest, all you need is your drive key because once you have it you can always manually spoof it into another firmware or you could spoof your drive key into a stock 0401 firmware and save that as your backup.

Have you tried the alcohol Q tip trick to see if it changes the status to 0x00?

Yea i did thought of doing that and i do the same with all the phat liteons, i only get the key and spoof onto a OFW, i just want to be careful as the slim one is a little new to me and i want to be sure if the stock 0401 firmware will work or not. I dont want to erase it and then know it wouldnt work. But what about this jungleflasher problem? Why isnt it reading it full? Its the same procedure i used with the other two and they read it full.

I dont use the Q tip, i even locked it again to get 0x8C and then unlocked it by just swiping my finger on the drilled hole not even for a second and it unlocks. Same way the rest of mine did.

Sorry didn't realise you had got it back to 0x00.

I wouldn't worry about doing a full dump like blakey8 said. Until the unlock methods were found there was no way to get a full dump anyway

Yes i am thinking the same but i dont understand why jf isnt doing a full dump anyway and why does the spi status changes to 0x3E when i intro again after it doesnt read.

I think you will find that slims require a full dump guys.....there's other info in there that's needed, not just the key - when u originally dumped the fw - did u get a full dump then for your dummy.bin?

The drive works fine, as i said in my first post that the i can play a game on it which means i didnt drill too much.

I got the dummy.bin only using slimkey, as i said in my first post that its doesnt do a full dump.

maybe you have not cut the wire all the way thats why its not working. get a sharpe stanley knife and just give it a slight turn inside the hole.dont lean on it hard.see if that helps
