I have a console of a mates here
its a corona V2 with 4GB NAND with a newer 1175 liteon 165 drive
i got a TX LTU PCB, and successfully managed to RGH the machine, got CPU key, DVD key and nand extracts to build a LTU fw image as per the tutorial.
flashed the PCB and installed the drive and all games seemed to be booting normally specifically XGD3 games such as black ops 2 booted with no issues.
mate takes it away then reports back that his backup and original of GTA 4 will not boot saying its the incorrect region.
why would this be? the retail disc is pal bought from a local store, and he is backing it up correctly as the backup boots on his other consoles and others xboxes.
how can the region be wrong? am i doing something wrong in JF when building the image?
every other disc he has boots fine, except for this one retail and backup of the same game
the nand dumos i got from the machine were identical of course, and i wrote and re-read the final image write to be sure, it was the same.
