I burn out my xbox 360 dvd drive 74850c, first time flash this xbox and connect the wrong way on the back of power source and burn out with smoke!

is it saveable?

Probably not, Anytime electronics smoke is not good, Hopefully you have the key saved, You'll need to buy a replacement DG-16D2S and flash your key to it if you want to be able to use that 360 again, Heres a link

:facepalm: ....... If you didn't grab your drive key, have a word with Teajunkie. He can most likely get your drive key for you but you will definitely need a new PCB/drive lol.

yeah the chip will probably have to be lifted to get the key from it

i did the same thing to mine few weeks ago, i sent it to teajunkie but there was damage to the mt chip so the key can never get retrieved. u myt beable to get the key from the motherboard using the reset glitch, teajunkie can also do this for u
