Liteon 83850-v2 and Liteon 93450 DVD Key Can Now Be Dumped?

I dont think thats gonna happen as you need to cut traces.
Only time will tell if a better way is found.
this may seem like a supid question but does the pcb need to reconected to the rest of the drive or can you connect the pcb to the computer and go ???
We just do one of the new Liteon 9*** but we have one problem, when i use my sata whit nividia chipset it just stand and tvinkel 72 but when i try my via chipset it give me a real 72 .. perfekt i think and i put the switch to position 2 but nothing happen??? so i cant read the key?? is there anyone that have the same problem and a solution?? i have chek everyting over and over again and my soldering looks fine...

I know the dumping method is the same as the 83850-v1, Its the soldering part for this drive I need to be able to do
hello I have extracted the file and the key with the procedure.
2.right click in the target tab and select "Save Dummy"
3. now reopen this dummy on the source side.
4. open which ever Lite-on f/w YOU think is best in the target side
but the key that i reads me is not correct...
I have written the flash. when I have tried with a game he/she sees him/it to me how dvd film...
do you know how to be able to recover the key from the file dump??

Ouch, did you write onto the orginal drive, u didn't write to a test drive before erasing the orginal?

I have the file liteon.bin original what I have unloaded with the procedure of the weldings, him also made a will, if I try to write this liteon.original bin the dvd perfectly works, the games work.TEST OK. it seems that the key that returns me jf 1.67 are not correctly decriptate! it begins with 9C3792D ----- there is not another way to extract KEY from the liteon.original bin??? with the jf 1.55 me from another key.. what it begins with 26 --- I have also tried to spooffare with this but the result it doesn't change... the games he/she sees them where dvd film... :-(((

someone knows if the key can be drawn with a hex editor from the file liteon.original bin? I have if there is a procedure that is not jf 1.6 considering that it extracts me a non correct key...
