litele problem,i hawe liteon dg-16d2s it wont read disck anymore,i try get dvd key when use probe 3 computer hangs and after about 1 min show i can remove probe 3,after that i hold and relese button and the show key extractin failed.it because dvd dont read disck anymore so i cant get dvd key?

hitachi/samsung lasers are not the same as lite-on lasers
the problems you are encountering with phatkey are do to a poor chipset most likely
are you using onboard SATA?

Follow JFTUT first dude.Switch off the drive,wait for 5 seconds and switch on the drive.Click Ok. And I highly doubt you are not using a xecuer product[To power your drive]

In all fairness, the 5 second wait is only for a capacitor PMT. If you are using the no-cap method, waiting for 5 seconds causes more problems than it solves.

And usually the computer hangs because of a bad firmware flash.Occurred to me too. Since you are saying that it doesn't read discs, could be a bad key problem also.[are you getting a white screen with a message telling you to put the game in a xbox360 console?]

cant go wrong JungleFlasher tut and with Team Xecuter products ( after all thats what this site supports ).

Try Getting The Phat Key again Like THis:
1) Click Phatkey
2) Press the Button on The Wire That is connected to the Drive (Dont remember its name)
3) Probe The Point (with probe 3) on The Drive WHILE pressing the button, remember the WHILE thingy
4) Press Ok on the Pop Up think in jungleflasher
5)remove the button that is connected to the drive
6)it will tell you Drive key extraction complete
7)Turn Your Drive OFF then ON
8)Press Yes in the pop up
9)Save The Dummy
Try it and show us the JF log
