hi guys, flashing 2 virgin liteons, old dashboards. have the ck3mini and probe 3. my question is do i update to latest dashboard via usb first or extract key first? thanks

no harm updating to the latest dash, makes no difference to getting the keys, would also save doing it later

Always flash to stock before an update
, so if its a virgin drive flash before, as some updates may mess around with the flash, casing you to get e65 error.

i would take the key first, i had a virgin box a few days ago tried to update and something f**ked up, erased the firmware and gave me e65 so no key and now i have a big white doorstop

If you plan to flash then update dashboard, I suggest you flash back to stock first. It can lead to a flag or error updating dashboard running firmware. As to keys, it doesn't matter.
