LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM liteon power plugged in bacwards

Hello I purchased a liteon dg16d4s that had the power plugged it wrong awile back for the parts mainly the laser as he told me he bought it new and plugged in bacwards. Over the weekend my kamekazi board just gave up the ghost. I have no idea why its been working fine for a few weeks but now it won't Show in JF or do anything when its in the xbox or connected to ck3I. So I wanted to repair the burned one. I replaced the parts that were burned with parts off of a failed kamekazi board. The drive will close if the tray is out and light up the laser but it will not open. Also it shuts way too fast. Does someone know the copenent that controls these functions so I can replace them as well? Many thanks.

Just to clarify tho you are talking bout doing this to the one I'm repairing right.
Its a 9504 and I havnt kamekazi it. The one I kamekazi just died and does nothing.

Thanks for all the help the pout fix got it opening. And closing. Just now noticed it doesn't spin a disk though. At least not with my ck3I and usb360pro. Ill try it in my xbox tommorrow but I suspect it won't spin in there either. I got a phat liteon closed in there right now so my kids can system link black ops2 and am too tired to open it and argue with the kids that they gotta play on one box. I suspect ill have to buy another pcb. Who knows what other problems I may have with this pcb that was plugged in backwards.
