LITEON 74850 liteon v7 flash problem

hi there

i have got a xbox 360 deliverd by a customer of my.
he tried to flash it him self but didnt know how

here comes the problem

when i boot up the 360 the powerled starts to blink,when i open the drive the it goes normal

i tried diffrent cables but al the same, also junglflasher reconiges the drive
also drive wasnt opened before

is there a way to restore this and to flash it

drive is a liteon v7 with fw 0251
dash 13604

also i dodnt have a 360usb can i use the old way to read and flash this drive

no as in using the usb xtractor

i already tryed it, but the r707 doesnt lit op

ok hard to understand whats going on, you need to use a probe 3 to rip key from that drive, and sata / x360 usb (which is prefered).

ok, i know but thats the prob i cant read it out.
as the drive is not working correct

boot xbox>led flashes>opening tray>led goes on>closing tray>led flashes again
