Sorry if this has been asked before, but i couldnt find any info on it

Ok, im trying to sell a xbox of mine, and a guy wanted a Xecuter 3 in it. So i took the X3 out of my normally used xbox which is a 1.6 and just installed a softmod to it. Then i put the chip into my 1.2 xbox and booted into the backup bios to reflash it with non 1.6 bios

So i select flash from HDD and i selected the newest x3 bios. It goes all the way through the erasing process and then starts flashing the chip but only gets 1/4th of the way through the flashing process and just stops.
Then i just thought the bios was bad, so i tried to put on X2 5035 bios and it does the same...erases then starts to flash but only gets 1/2 way through

Any suggestions?

did you ever try and use a x3 erase eeprom tool instead of just trying to reflash it. I could be because since you used a 1.6 bios in it before that it is having trouble putting the normal bios in because it is a different kind.
