live ban?

having just bought a subscription to live i just wondered if anybody has actually banned so far from playing online with xtreme firmware?

i have read that a couple of peoples systems have actually locked up when playing certain games online

can anyone verify this for me?

nobodys been banned from xbox live SO FAR! this doesnt mean you will never be banned, it still could happen. it happened when people originally started modding the first xbox but at the moment nobodys been banned. Also if u want to make sure u dont get banned buy 2 xbox's and play one online

what about certain backups being detected and/or crashing the 360?
