LO83info extraction failed????
i hit LO83info it asks to power the drive half open so i hit eject on my ck3 once drive is out i turn the ck3 off close the drive half way then power it up again and click ok it then asks me to open drive all the way out so i do that and press ok again then it says LO83 extraction failed
im using usb pro that is updated to v18 all the correct drives are installed
any ideas
