You would have to post it to me I'm in West Midlands, Wolverhampton, UK. Please tell me what version XBOX it is. Just tell me the MFG date from the white label on the underneath of your XBOX if you don't know the version. Also, what chip is it?

Laptop Modding with eSATA

I have the ck3 and a new i7hp dv7 with an eSATA port Nforce chipset. Are we doing the mods through these ports or what? I have looked through google and couldn't find too much involving laptop modding. Help is Always Appreciated....Thnx

you cant use ESATA it has to be a SATA adapter ---

I still haven't got my setup working with a Gateway MX6956 and I havent found out what make and model laptop work with the Chinese brand PCMCIA SATA card I got

DOES Anyone know what LAPTOP is confirmed working? 8O

my laptop doesn't have the pcmcia slot its the Express Card slot. I see they only make the sataII ports available in express cards. Does that mean I'm screwed??

You can buy and adapter to go from the express slot to PCMCIA look on Ebay there a guy in NY or CT that sells them I think around $40 also pickup the PCMCIA Sata adapter. Look for the one that say BC188 ( 1 Sata & 1 ESata -- you gonna use the SATA port ) on it.
I have been told by people they have better luck with this adapter its like $28.00 on Ebay as well...
