long time lurker please help need help for christmas!!!

Hello,I've been a long time lurker now,and I signed up today I need help.I disassembled my 360 slim,and I got all the screws minus the X fan screws which are j,k,d and e can I assemble it without these? I want to give it as a christmas present so I hope its safe to do as I need it for today no time to find screws anyways thanks and merry christmas

If you're talking about the little black machine screws that anchors the heatsink to the chassis, then it should be ok without them

I never put those screws back in, and have never had a problem.

I think their purpose is to make the motherboard flex as little as possible, i wouldnt skip them but its your choise.
