Looking for a modder in the USA.

I want 3 things done to my xbox, and am just interested in hearing how much youd charge at the moment (il probably get the money by the weekend, a couple days.)..
1) i want it flashed whenever JF comes out for it (9504 slim).
2) i want a case mod with white leds. i marked were i want it here http://i52.tinypic.com/ng1wdc.jpg
3) i was hoping this is possible on the slim: white ring of light on the power button.
Id be happy if you can do any of these things, but if you can do all, youl make me very happy.

I live in New jersey and i charge $10 to flash regular xbox 360's depending what i have to do for the slim it will probably stay at $10 or go up to $15.

I just want regular leds please im not into sound reactive.
