i live on long island and can do it for u. im not a proffesional ive only jtagged a few consoles but if ur willing i will do it for me just pay for posting leave a good review if i do good.
dont forget the MFG. data as some may be on the correct dash but may not have the correct CB # due to the fact that june 09 (if i recall correctly) they were releasing consoles with the correct dash but the explot was patched

my guess would be if your drive is flashed you have been playing games that have came out in the last 3 years if that is correct im also going to go ahead and assume that your system is NOT JTAG'able
if its not find some one who has had an RROD laying around for ever (more than 3 years) and make an offer on it and either fix it your self or send it in to a 3rd party repair shop, some one like Xmods (a member here at the site) that does the RROD fix properly
