99.9% of the time "Looking for USB interface device, Cannot continue" = bad soldering (as many of you have confirmed already in this thread and countless others)

A faulty nandx is usually when it can't be found in Device manager

This is what we have found from all of the non faulty returns that we get sent back.

I tested mine with a multimeter knowing fully that I was able to dump the nand no problems before updating the NAND-X and everything passed!

NAND-X was sent off on Saturday, probably wont receive it till the New Year.

tested it agai last night on another 360 and done a continuity test from top to underside of board an all were fine, tested on a new pc so thats 3 now, and same result so only thing left is to sen back i suppose

UPDATE
got my replacement today and worked perfect, within half hour i had a new fully working rgh box wit the tx coolrunner, just goes to show, it is not always solder:D

Is there anything else that can cause this issue?

I have tried 3 differnt xboxes and 2 computers put a 32bit version of windows on another HDD and my soldering is ok.

I managed to get my nand of the first one I tried then when it went to write I got this error.

Now I cant read any, I have tried differnt usb slots.

It shows in the device manager as Nand-x USB.

Can anyone help?
