okay i have this xbox that blinks 4 1 1 4 and is supposed error e20 which is related to the ram. i have tried repairing it with the typical fix by drilling 8 holes using washers etc... well i dont think that does the trick. any ideas?

Its not 4 1 1 4. It would be 0 1 1 0. When all four lights blink, its a zero, not a four.

0110 is usually a difficult error to fix. You can try reflowing the GPU and (if that fails) the two RAM chips next to the GPU. And of course check for the usual things like missing / damaged / bridged components. The GPU may also need to be reballed or replaced. You can check if the GPU is good by following THIS guide. What did you do to the Xbox before it gave you that error code?
I've recently had a customer bring in an Xbox 360 with that same error code. Reflowing the GPU fixed it the first time!
